Therapy with me

Therapy isn’t about changing who you are —it’s a journey where you can discover your true self, step by step. Together, we’ll work on building the skills and resilience you need to create the life you crave, helping you move toward deeper authenticity, inner strength, and lasting change.

You don’t need to have all the answers, and there’s no rush. I’m here to gently support you as we explore your past, build new skills, and make sense of your inner world. When words feel hard to find, we’ll explore other tools such as mindfulness, body awareness, and creative expression to help you unlock emotions and connect with yourself in new ways. Together, we’ll process these feelings in a way that feels authentic and meaningful to you.

Sessions are held online via Zoom, giving you the flexibility to access therapy in a private, comfortable space. I work with adults aged 18 and older and use a blend of creative, embodied, and trauma-informed techniques to help you engage with your emotions in ways that feel real and meaningful.

  • Cultural and religious expectations

  • Childhood traumas and parent wounds

  • Anxiety and Depression

  • Grief and Loss

  • Professional pressures
